If you have specific questions, write them down a head of time and have them ready for your reading. I don't need them in advance.
Don’t be afraid to interrupt me if you have more questions of if the information doesn’t feel right. You can also interrupt me if you want me to go deeper into any answer or ask another question.
If over the phone, be in a quiet environment and don’t multitask during your reading.
Take the moments before the session to relax and take a few deep breaths.
