Cindy Griffith
Psychic, Intuitive and Spiritual Counselor
"When someone asks me what kind of psychic work I do, or how I am different from other psychic readers, I say that I do more than supply psychic insights into your future. I help you remove your blockages by intuitively focusing on your strengths, allowing you to move forward and achieve what you want in life.
I do this by utilizing my own psychic abilities as well using my intuitive connection to spirit, so that you receive the psychic information that is most appropriate for your growth at that moment. Whether you receive visual exercises, psychic insights or healing, we work together as a team to unite your body, mind and spirit."

I had a great experience after practicing some of the meditation techniques you presented from your book. I used the Breathing Meditation driving into work and noticed that I was less stressed and annoyed with the other drivers on the road. On my walk from the parking lot into work I used the Walking Meditation and noticed that I felt calm, centered, and alert the rest of the day. I noticed a difference in the attitudes of the people around me, everyone was happy, joyful, and friendly. I also practiced the Breathing Meditation several times thru out the day and felt more relaxed and energized. I told my co-worker about my drive into work and she said she noticed that I was in a good mood and didn't complain about the traffic. I'm not a morning person and am usually running in the door with five minutes to spare so this was a big change for me.
