Introduction to Tarot

 In this Introduction, you will get a broad understanding of the Tarot, it's history,  types of decks and how to care for them. You will learn how many cards they are, and a brief understanding of the spiritual journey they represent.

If you are interested in going further, I am offering a three week Beginner's class that goes more in depth with the 22 Major Arcana which are the more spiritual cards of the deck. See description below.

Beginner’s Tarot: The Major Arcana

Tuesdays, May 18th, 25th & June8th

6:30 to 8:30 (or 9:00 PM ~ end of class will vary depending on need)

 In this three week class, you will learn about the 22 Major Arcana Cards of the Tarot. These 22 cards hold the spiritual secrets of the Tarot and were the first of the 78 to be developed.

We will also learn the Celtic Cross spread and combine them to do your own readings. Join Cindy in learning the 22 Major Arcana as you take the Spiritual Journey of the Fool.

 
NOTE: You will need your own Tarot Deck for this class and you can call Cindy at 315-685-8395 if you have questions about purchasing a deck. You will be introduced to all 22 Major Arcana in this class. How far you go with learning them is up to the individual. If you have had no experience with Tarot, Cindy recommends you take the Introduction class on 5/11. If there is enough interest, this class will be followed up with another class in the fall to learn the rest of the deck.
 

Although you can do readings with the 22 Major Arcana, if there is enough interest, this class will be followed up by an Intermediate Class that teaches the Court Cards, Minor Arcana and the more complex Astrology Spread.
